Northern Smile Travel established in May 03, 2002 as an incoming tour operator and ground handler privately owned and managed company located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. With many year of experience of the incoming individual market, we pride ourselves in our caring and highly personalized service to all our clients from around the world for the in-bound tour operator in the travel industry as a business to business provider of travel services to wholesalers, tour operator and tour corporate companies. By working closely with you at all stages of planning and operation, we suggest and develop the most appropriated, interesting and creative travel arrangement to best suit each individual, group or series of groups.

We are a small, flexible and highly experienced team, confident in arranging the most demanding land arrangements, offering a reasonable price with unbeatable and consistently high levels of service. We are known for our attention to detail and of going the extra mile to ensure the success of your arrangement.

We represent a growing number of travel agents, tour operators around the world. All our partners are extensively happy with our services and the amount of value added services we do for them. We always try to add something extra for the clients in helping our friends and partners (travel agents, tour operators, industry associates).
